Perfect Dimensions – Measuring 7" x 4.35" and only 0.04" thick, they’re the ideal fit for cards in semi-rigid sleeves or toploaders. At less than 0.4 ounces each, they’re lightweight, cost-efficient, and USPS-compliant.
Recommended Packing Flow
For best results and USPS compliance, we recommend this packing method:

Standard thickness card in a penny sleeve

Penny sleeve inside a semi-rigid sleeve or toploader

Insert into a Shell Mailer
When using toploaders, secure the top with a small piece of painter’s tape or place it inside a team bag to prevent the card from slipping out and getting damaged.
When packed this way, the envelope weighs about 0.8 ounces and stays flexible enough for USPS sorting machines. This ensures you can use the eBay Standard Envelope shipping program or even mail using a USPS Forever Stamp. We do not recommend adding extra items inside, as it can make the envelope too rigid for automated processing.
